If you are purchasing a painting “as is” (full painting as you see it on the website: canvas, stretchers {and in some cases Tasmanian Oak frame} included), and do not live in the Sydney greater area, you will be charged a flat rate shipping fee based on the weight of the painting you’re purchasing, and the location to which we’ll be shipping. This shipping fee will appear at checkout when you input your delivery address. You will receive a dispatch notification with tracking details when your order is on its way.
If you select either “Domestic Basic” or “International Basic” your artwork will be removed from the frame/stretchers, canvas will be rolled and placed in a shipping tube to be sent to you. You can then have the artwork re-stretched and framed at your local framer. This cuts the shipping costs drastically, as the canvas itself is quite light. The flat rate shipping fee for these artworks will apply automatically to your order once you enter your delivery address. You will receive a dispatch notification with tracking details when your order is on its way.
Pick Up-//-Delivery
Original artworks are available for pick up from Stacey’s Sydney studio by appointment only. We will get in touch with you to arrange a suitable time to collect. The studio is not open to the public so the times and dates are limited.
If you have selected a painting and live in Sydney or the greater Sydney area, you can facilitate pick up by selecting “Local Pickup/Delivery” at the checkout.
In some local cases, where the artwork is large and potentially difficult to transport, Stacey can deliver your artwork directly. You can facilitate this by selecting “Local Pickup/Delivery” at the checkout. This will remove the shipping fee. We will contact you to arrange a delivery time.
